The Dandy at King Street Crossing
We are a wife-and-husband team, Brooke St. Sauver and Curt Waller, who have always had a love of bubbles, food, and hospitality. Encouraged by the positive reaction to our first restaurant, The Coupe & Flute, we jumped at the chance to create another lovely space in our much-loved historic neighborhood of Pioneer Square.
In our early years as a couple, we bonded over decorating our Central District home and hosted many a dinner party there. It was our goal to make our restaurant feel like an extension of our home-warm, cozy, elegant, with a lived-in feel and an old-world sensibility.
Our food menu showcases bold flavors utilizing a world pantry, perfect bites to accompany a glass of Champagne or one of our delicious cocktails.
Hosting is our great love, and at The Dandy we hope you will all feel this dedication to serving you up a superlative experience.
